Missouri Valley Engineering & Surveying, Inc. was founded in 1996 as Blue & Gray Land Surveyors, Inc. The company was reorganized in 1997 and incorporated as Quad State Land Surveyors, Inc.  The addition of the Civil Engineer Department necessitated a name change to our current moniker that we have used since 2003. Throughout the changes our goals remained the same, Putting our Clients "In the First Place" and providing you with quality timely civil and survey solutions to your design needs.  We are committed to fair and honest dealing with all of our clients regardless of the size of the project. That has been the recipe for success and we will continue to perform to this standard in the future.
